This listing is for a gorgeous SMALL beautifully patterned Turitella Agate tumblestone which comes from Wyoming, USA and weighs approximately 13.0 grams and measurements taken at the widest points are approximately 25 mm x 21 mm x 16 mm.

The listing shows different sides of the tumblestone and there maybe some unpolished areas or natural matrix etc tumbled in with the agate so please check the pictures properly (Please note the pictures are close ups and NOT the actual size) before purchasing.

Turritella Agate In Crystal Healing

Turritella Agate is a translucent to semi-transparent, fossiliferous agate from the Green River in Wyoming, USA. It contains numerous spiral shell fossils that stand out in a white-to-tan colour that contrasts with the brownish agate.

The Agate was incorrectly named when it was thought that the fossils in the stone were members of the marine Turritella genus. However, the fossils are of the freshwater snail, Elimia tenera so should really have been named Elima Agate!

Turritella Agate can be easily recognised by the presence of tiny fossilized creatures within the stone. It is a stone to help us with tiredness and fatigue. It can help with the assimilation of nutrients and can be soothing on the stomach. Turritella Agate stops us feeling so pompous and superior. It helps us to communicate with the plant and mineral kingdoms and is a useful stone to carry during difficult times of change.
