CAN I PAY SAFELY USING A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONLINE?

crystaldelights.co.uk takes the security of your personal information and credit / debit card information very seriously. We use the very latest technology to protect the security of your card details.

Of course, the areas in which you put your personal and credit card details are secure. You can tell this as the web address will read https instead of http. Also our website lives behind a firewall.

We use PayPal to take all our card payments. You can use your PayPal account to pay. Or if you simply put in your credit card details, without logging into PayPal, PayPal is still managing the security and payment for that order behind the scenes. And they are world leaders in card payments and card security.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Where ever possible we post orders out the same or next day Monday to Friday.

We have orders arriving with us all the time as our business is solely Internet mail order. We do not have a shop and don't allow personal visits. If we get goods out quickly to our customers then they are happy customers and they will hopefully return again and again.
All UK orders are taken to the Post Office and sent using 1st Class Royal Mail. The majority of these parcels arrive within 1-3 days but we may have the odd parcel that can take up to a week but this is solely down to the Royal Mail and we are not respondsible for delays caused by them.
International Shipments - Are sent by Tracked or Signed Air Mail. This normally takes about 1-2 weeks for EU countries and 2-3 weeks for countries outside the EU. Any delays due to the post service or customs or any additional charges at customs are not our respondsibility, so please check the rules of the country the order is going to be sent to before purchasing.
We hold all items on site and we never rely on third parties to deliver for us.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE COST?

Postage to the UK is FREE. All postage charges for oversea's customer's are clearly marked in your shopping basket as you check out. There is also a maximum postage charge. Once reached, it will not go higher. There are no 'hidden extras'.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED?

Should items prove faulty or be damaged in transit, please notify us by email on crystaldelights.co.uk or call and a member of our team will advise you on what to do next.
We always endeavour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer. That is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS I DON'T LIKE?

Yes, you can return products you do not like within 30 days. If the product is still in mint condition and you wish to return it after 30 days please email us or ring us first to check. Return postage is payable by the customer and we will refund original order costs once safely returned and examined.
We always endevour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer, that is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Reasons For Returning
1. The product wasn't as you hoped / expected.
2. The product was bought as a gift for someone and they didn't like it.
3. You don't need that product any more.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Should an item not be as your imagined, please return to us in the same condition that you received it, well packaged for the journey for a refund of alternative. When returning unwanted goods, please note that we do not normally refund postage costs.
You can post your items back using the following address - Crystal Delights, 17 The Cleves, Lydiate, Liverpool, Merseyside, L31 9PR.
In the parcel please give us your name and your order number. Once your items have been refunded you will receive an email from us to let you know.

Please Note -  In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we cannot accept returns of earrings.

WHAT IF A PRODUCT IS MISSING WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, please notify us as soon as possible [email protected] and we will get onto it straight away.
