Any customer information stored is solely for internal administration, such as postage address and contact details.  We will only contact you via email to confirm the order,  pass on any problems with the order and to confirm shipping.  Unless you have subscribed to our email about new products, updates, etc.  This email if you wish can be stop at any time by contacting us to take you off the mailing list.

All card details are obtained on a secure system by the HSBC and Paypal.  None of the information collected by these payment banks is passed onto Crystal Delights apart from entered information so the order can be fulfilled which includes your name, address, email address, telephone number and the order detailing products ordered.
