Hello and welcome to Crystal Delights.
My name is Julie and im a qualified Complementary Therapist, including Aromatherapy, Massage, Hopi Ear Candles, Magnified Healing to name a few but crystals and crystal healing has always been my passion for as long as I can remember. When I was first learning I struggled obtaining crystals for my treatments, etc so I began to source my own. From there I started taking orders from family and friends and soon word got around and I started holding crystal parties and basically this built up and today I am now running my own website.
My aim is to sell good quality crystals at a reasonable price. I have 100's of crystals already available for sale, but if you don't see what your after please email me I may have it just not put it on sale yet or I could source it for you or if you have any other questions and queries I will always try to answer them for you. All email's will be replied to.

Placing an order with Crystal Delights confirms your agreement to our Terms and Conditions as set out below, this does not however, effect your Statutory Rights under the Distance Selling Regulation.
General - No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to the Seller until the Goods are despatched by the Seller.
Crystal Delights is based in England and is governed by English Law. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law whereupon the English courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes. This website www.crystaldelights.co.uk, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website (ie your purchase and our delivery) are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.
Prices - All prices shown are currently exclusive of VAT for the time being, and the price payable is the price displayed at the time of ordering.
Making A Purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart, you can quickly and easily remove any items you decide you do not want to keep when checking the shopping cart at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. You may pay online using our secure system or, using the paypal system which is a world wide recognised internet payment system.

You can also order online but elect to pay by cheque or postal order and print a copy of your 'Sent' order confirmation, to send off with your cheque or postal order (registered post only and within the UK).

If you are shopping anywhere else outside the UK: we will charge your card with the pound sterling amount shown in your receipt; your own credit card company will convert this to dollars or your own currency, at the rate of exchange they specify. We therefore have no control over the eventual amount of local currency you will be charged. However, should you require an approximation of any price in your own currency, please do just ask and we will supply one using standard currency exchange rates.

The prices are shown in british pounds.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
Goods remain the property of crystaldelights.co.uk until all items are fully paid for.
Photographs -In the majority of products the photograph of the product is the one you will recieve, on a few products mainly jewellery lines the photograph will be of a similar item, which includes the colour, weight and size etc this is clearly shown in the description of the items. All photographs are taken in natural daylight unfortunately colour shown on some computers is slightly distorted this we cannot accepts respondsibility for although we do endeavour to be as accurate as possible.
Delivery - The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the Buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Postage - Parcels are always sent first class delivery within theUK and air mail for overseas customers unless another delivery option is requested. I aim to send out your parcels within 48 hours of payment being received.I post items Monday to Friday with the exception of bank holidays, etc when I will post out the next working day. All parcels are sent out and proof of postage obtained. Orders above ?36 in value will be recorded automatically. Please note once parcels have been sent out for delivery then everything else is in the hands of the post office I?m afraid I have no control after that, also lost parcels are not considered lost by the post office till they have been missing for 2 5 days and then we can try and find out whats happened and post a claim.
Distance Selling Regulations/Unwanted Items - Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, the customer has the legal right to cancel the order within 14 days of the date the goods are received. We will refund the cost of the goods in full within 30 days of cancellation. The customer must advise Crystal Delights before returning any goods in order to obtain a 'returns reference number', which is to be marked on the returned package. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging and by a trackable delivery method. Crystal Delights will not be responsible for any goods lost or damaged during their return. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items to us.
Returns - If you are not happy with your purchases or they are damaged please email me within 14 days of receipt of your goods letting me know the problem.Refunds will be returned to the buyer within 7 days of receiving back the items after inspection to ensure that they have been returned in their original condition.Return postage costs to be paid by the buyer and is non-refundable. Replacement items will be sent out to the buyer once the original products are returned and inspected, a similar item or one agreed upon between the buyer and seller will be sent out in return.
